Full Scottish Grand Prix Opening Draw

THE draw¬†for the Scottish Open Grand Prix has taken place, and there’s lots to get through with men’s singles and doubles, as well as women’s singles and doubles and mixed doubles.

All competitions kick off on November 23 and all five finals take place on the final day of the week, Sunday 27.


There are three men’s singles qualification rounds, with the first having 32 entrants. The 32 include 25 Brits and the Grimley brothers from Scotland are ones to watch. The women’s singles qualification also consists of three qualifying rounds – although only 16 women will be in the first of the three qualifying rounds. 11 of the 16 competitors are British. The men’s singles is by far the largest event at the Scottish Open with 64 participants in the first round proper (8 of whom will come through the qualifiers).
